Honda VFR400R

Either Christmas has come early or I have a nice graduation present a week before time. Whichever way you look at it, I've got a new motorbike. It's a 1991 Honda VFR400R (NC30). The engine is a 400cc V-4 with cam driven gears, it has quite a distinctive sound to it.
I purchased it from Honda Otago in Dunedin, as I couldn't find one here in Christchurch. I flew down on Friday afternoon and went for a test ride (it hailed something wicked, and I got soaked) and then stayed the night with my brother Steve and his family.
Got home this afternoon after a windy, but fine ride, the only incident of any significance was being dived bombed by four magpies at once!
It's been a while since I've owned a four-stroke bike, so it's a bit different to the two-stroke Suzuki RGV250s I've owned in the past. Found it very easy to ride though with a lot more accessible power than the peaky RGV.
