Swap meet and Orana park

We spent the day at the Vintage Car Club swap meet at McCleans Island on Saturday. The kids had fun playing with a stationary engine, and climbed on a few tractors.
We wandered around the stalls, but decided that it was all the same junk as last year and thought we should go and do something a bit more exciting. So...
We biked off up the road to Orana Park. We got there at just the right time to follow the park staff around and see all the animal feeding.
The giraffes were amazingly gentle and ate leaves right out of your hand. The rhinos were suprising gentle for their size, and the cheetahs were sleek and fast.
